First eggs were bad for you because they had too much cholesterol.  After the Akins diet became popular, eggs switched to being good--they were high in protein and low in carbohydrates.&lt;br /&gt;

We like to read up on all the latest nutrition news, so we are more informed and can make better decisions about what our families should be eating.&lt;br /&gt;

Well everyone has their special ways, but we took a pool and the number one answer was to stop and clear your mind of all issues.  &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Take a few uninterrupted minutes to think of nothing a breath deeply.  &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Then if you can pop in some tranquil music while your driving home from work, or jumping in the shower go for it.  From the pool, it looks like that may be your only free time, so use the time for yourself.&lt;br /&gt;
