I'm trying out a new wall quilt. It's in Americana theme, using a Teddy bear pattern. I'm hoping to hang it in the living room when I'm done.

Feel free to try your own. It’s a free pattern from www.quilterscache.com. Of course, you must send in a picture when your done.

I just love this site. If you need a new creative pattern or, just want to find that old favorite. They’ve got it here.

What a great way to save memories of that special day. I just started mine, and I’m already up to page 6.

Here’s a great way to protect and store your scrapbook supplies.
What are you working on? Tell us about your latest project.

My mom just got new chairs for her kitchen, and couldn’t find any cusions that fit. So my new project is to make eight cusions.

Current update: Well, Dad sent me newspaper cut outs of the seats and I’ve been to Walmart for foam squares and fabric.
After you’ve picked your project, don’t forget to make a quick time-line. Here’s an example: Deadline: Feb 17th

By Feb. 1st Purchase materials.
By Feb. 5th Make pattern and plan “how your going to do it”.
By Feb. 9th Finish one complete cushion.
Make cushion, add button and ties. Work on it until you are happy with how it looks.
Feb. 14th - Dec 15th Make 8 cushions.
By Feb. 16th Add button and ties to each cusion. Project complete.

Tip, when planning. Be honest with yourself, how much time during the week do you really have to work on the project. An hour in the morning, or two hours after dinner? If you plan to work over the weekend, how long can you work on it at a time without being interrupted by family, friends and other commitments?
